We are laying the foundation for new traditions and lifestyles that uplift and enhance our culture, mind, body and spirit. Ideas and a new way of life that seems on the fringe or may have seemed innovative eleven years ago, when we started - psychospiritual therapy, meditation, aromatherapy, alternative or integrative medicine, Yoga Based Intergrated Movement Therapy, the whole mind, body, spirit connection have now been integrated into our world of health and wellness, our everyday living experiences and language. We are excited to be a leading agency in bringing the holistic mental health and whole health movement to the Maryland area.
